elk (100g is used for 78g of product), pork (28 g is used fro 100g of product), salt, water, starch, beef protein, garlic, black pepper, five pepper blend, coriander, white pepper, nutmeg, aromas, spice extracts, stabilizers : di-triphosphates, glucodeltalactone; antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, silicone dioxide; preservative: sodium nitrite. The product shell is not edible.
